The lawsuits over the inheritance of the deceased Andrés García could be about to start just a few days after his will was read. Let us remember that, after his death, the former soap opera heartthrob divided his estate into four equal parts and left his widow, Margarita Portillo, as beneficiaries; Andrés López Portillo, his stepson; Andres Garcia Jrhis eldest son and Rbear maryhis sister.
This information confirmed that García had left Roberto Palazuelos out of his will and although at first the so-called “Black Diamond” was said to be in accordance with the provisions of the document, now he has come out to raise his voice and issue a warning to both Portillo and Rosa María, because she assures that neither of them has respected Andrés’ last will and they do not want to give what corresponds to their eldest son.
In an interview with the “Al Rojo Vivo” program, Palazuelos explained that both heiresses ensure that the 25% corresponding to Andrés’ eldest son does not exist, since the properties were put in his name, something that unleashed the fury of the businessman, he even ordered an ultimatum to Margarita: “I can give you the opportunity to call Andresito, give him his part; if you don’t want to hand over land (properties) make arrangements with him and pay him on credit, because if you don’t everything will fall “, said.

He even set a period of one month for Andrés Jr. to receive his inheritance and announced that if he had no news he would start a legal process: “Right now the courts in Mexico are closed, (but) if we don’t have results in August, we’ll go after them. There will be litigation and if I summon them well, I will bring them like this for the next five or six years,” he added.
He also pointed out that he is not looking for any type of economic benefit, he only wants to help the family of the man he considered a second father and to have his last will respected: “Of course I do not care (financially), I have properties that are on another level, but I grew up with Andresito and I grew up with Leonardo and it gives me courage”.
