On September 26 it will officially start season 12 of Nuestra Belleza Latina, and although Univision has tried to keep everything related to the contestants who were chosen already, to dispute the crown as the new queen of the popular contest, the first information was known.
The first data about the contestants who will enter the so-called “Mansion” were revealed by Giselle Blondet, who will be one of the four jurors that will be in the competition.
The television host, who returns to the reality show as a judge, for the second time, gave a preview of the contest candidates, without revealing names, but mentioning what the public will see in the girls, whom she has already met in person.
“Don’t tell anyone, because this is not supposed to tell. But it is that the candidates this year are incredible. I have already seen them and I have to say that I think this is going to be one of the best years, as far as candidates are concerned, “said Giselle, in dialogue with Despierta América.
The Puerto Rican also said that the contestants have so much potential that she is sure that this version of Nuestra Belleza Latina will have a very high level.
“It will be very competitive. There will be much, much talent and beauty, ”added the Puerto Rican, who in the first seasons of Nuestra Belleza Latina served as the official host.
The judge of the Univisión contest, which this time, unlike in the first years, will fight against streotypes, stressed that the contest changes lives, and that is what she likes most about the project.
“I am happy, because this year I will again be a judge in Nuestra Belleza Latina. And I love it, I love it, because you know the love I have for Nuestra Belleza “, mentioned the communicator.
“This year in particular I like it a lot, because it has many very interesting elements. One of them, perhaps, is that we are returning to the essence of the beginnings of Nuestra Belleza Latina, where the girls are going to participate in different challenges, such as the ones we enjoyed in the first seasons, ”warned the actress, who will share the panel of judges with Daniella Álvarez, Jomari Goyso and Adal Ramones.
Ignacio Meyer, EVP of Music and Non-Scripted Entertainment, Univision Television Networks Group, through a statement, also gave a taste of what the public will see.
“The program will continue to break stereotypes of female beauty in society and empower Hispanic women,” she said. “It will be his most diverse season to date. We will also present new talent, who, alongside popular NBL personalities, will guide the contestants through their experience on the show. “
