Lali’s mischievous advice to a folklorist in La Voz Argentina: “La Sole’s team is to go to Puerto Rico and sing reggaeton”

Started a new gala The Argentine Voice. Blind auditions advance, and there are fewer and fewer places available, in the jury teams Mau Y Ricky, Lali Esposito, Ricardo Montaner Y Soledad Pastorutti. In this way, there was a large group of applicants to join the filar of these artists, with the aim of keeping the jackpot.

The person in charge of breaking the ice was Elías Muñoz, a 23-year-old luthier who chose “Collector of Songs” to interest the specialists. And that theme gave results, because Montaner did not take long to press the button, followed later by the Sole. In the return, Ricardo highlighted: “You sing very beautifully, but despite the fact that the nerves were a little noticeable, you sang very well. You are very clear about the instrument you have in your throat, you handle it very well. I tell you that for the 23 years you are, you seem like a guy with a lot of experience singing. In his turn, Pastorutti stressed: “Voices like yours are perfectly recognizable, that’s what most attracts me to your proposal.” Finally, Muñoz opted for Montaner.

Secondly, Nahuel Lemes from Uruguay confessed when he introduced himself: “Music was a refuge all my life, when my mother went to live in Spain”. And with a proposal full of energy, he intoned “Maybe you don’t love me”, but without managing to turn any chair. With the intention of encouraging him, Ricky told him: “Moments like these make one sad, the reaction is to feel sad, but I assure you that they have said no to things and they broke my heart, and today I can say that this it will lead to something positive. Life doesn’t happen against you, it happens for you. This moment is going to mean something to you.”

Then it was the turn of Nicolás Reartes, a young man from Córdoba who sang “Chacarera del Suffered”, and who soon managed to turn the chairs of all the jurors. Very attentive, and with the intention of staying with the participant, Sole blocked Mau and Ricky, and then commented: “I really liked how you made this music, you have a super clear voice.” Lali, who also wanted to recruit the young man for her team, used a very sharp argument: “The obvious thing is that you are going to go with Sole, but this is a program of surprises, and I can tell you to think about it, because the Sole team is going to Puerto Rico and singing reggaeton. But if you suddenly come to team Lali, you are like the jewel. I invite you to try something different, to be in a team where you would be the voice of folklore, the different voice”.

Lemes, with great emotion, confessed: “I came to this place without expecting anything, and I got this beautiful surprise, that they want to have me on their team, for me they are great, and standing in this place is a dream come true”. Finally, the singer chose to go with Sole, and she, very moved, confessed to him about her choice to do folklore: “In my adolescence, I often felt out of this world. It was very difficult to fight her in this genre, being a woman perhaps even more so, and those little seeds that sometimes one thinks are not bearing fruit, seeing them here today, makes me very excited.

Mora Rivalora, a music and performing arts student, made “To every man, to every woman”, and Lali and La Sole pressed the button to choose her. When she took the floor, Esposito assured: “It happened to me that first you started half doubtfully, with certain stumbles, but I felt the effort and concentration that began to be as the song progressed. And those choruses that are difficult, you held them very well, and you have a very sweet voice, super melodic”.

In turn, Pastorutti pointed out: “The most difficult part for women is the bass and holding the air. I know it’s not a simple song, and I was convinced by your voice, which is super musical. It is a voice that can go hand in hand with a lot of songs, and I think you have a peace when you sing, which is very pleasant to listen to.” When she was supposed to announce her choice, Mora leaned towards Lali. Then came Candela Casella, who sang “Killing Me Softly”, but without interesting the jury.

Among the final numbers of the night, Nicolás Bosetti was found, a dentist who followed a family tradition, but who chose to appear in The Argentine Voice to give his love for singing a chance. In this way, she was encouraged to go on stage to interpret “A missile in my closet”. Although the specialists noted that there was a registry very similar to that of Gustavo Cerati, Mau and Ricky decided to bet on him. When he had to return it, Mau commented: “I have good news for you: you are in the best team in The Argentine Voice. We really like your voice, I know we have to work on some things, and with Ricky we feel that we need a voice like yours within our team”.

The last participant of the evening was Ángeles Coccifi who did “Cristina”, but without getting to interest any of the juries. On the return, Montaner observed: “The nerve is such an important factor and it betrays you, it doesn’t allow you to pass the wall that it puts up for you. I think she’s going through that right now, the nerve was the wall that she couldn’t break down.” And lastly, Ricky concluded: “I invite you if singing is your dream, don’t get discouraged and keep giving it your all”.
