Full Circle has been described as a botched kidnapping investigation that uncovers long-held secrets connecting various characters in New York. The director previously described the series by saying, “Even by Ed’s standards, this is a complex narrative that manages to be both kaleidoscopic and intimate.”

A convoluted plot, but with Soderbergh’s mastery in directing he manages to catch the viewer

The director, whose most recognized project is the franchise of Ocean’s Eleven, will direct all six episodes of the series. Ed Solomon is the main writer for the series. Soderbergh and Solomon will also executive produce the upcoming project along with Casey Silver, who previously collaborated with the two on No Sudden Movewhich premiered on HBO Max last year.

At the time the series was announced, Joey Chavez, Max’s Executive Vice President of Original Drama, stated, “We are thrilled to be working with Steven, Ed and Casey again after the masterful crime drama, No Sudden Move. This new limited series is full of twists and turns the way only this team can.” The short six-episode series is one of the most anticipated releases on the platform which, in the midst of legal discussions about the purchase by Discovery, continues to have very good original productions.
