We almost see them! Arctic Monkeys releases the video of the concert where they premiered some songs from ‘The Car’

These last few weeks it has been inevitable not to talk about the Arctic Monkeys, because they returned and in a big way. Four years after the launch of Tranquility Base Hotel & Casinothe British band came back with everything thanks to the premiere of their seventh record material, The Car, inaugurating with him a new and exciting stage where once again, they reinvent their sound and demonstrate the maturity as musicians that they have reached at this point in their lives.

But that’s not the only thing about this group that makes us happy, because before even knowing that they had an album under their arms, Alex Tuner, Matt Helders, Nick O’Malley and Jamie Cook announced that after that show they gave at the CDMX Sun Forum with The Hives and Miles Kane, They will be back in the capital of Chilanga as one of the important names of Corona Capital 2022. And if you are one of those who are skeptical about this new AM proposal, here is something that may convince you.

Finally on October 23, the band premiered on its YouTube channel the concert they gave on September 22 at the King Theater in New Yorkquite a special show for a few reasons.

The first is that they hadn’t played in the Big Apple for almost four years, that is why some of his best hits and classics were thrown, such as “Brianstorm”, “Do I Wanna Know?”, “Crying Lightning”, “I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor”, “Cornerstone”, “RU Mine?” and “505”. However, the most important thing was that in this presentation they made the debut live and in full color of some of the songs from their new record material, for example “There’d Better Be a Mirrorball”, “Body Paint” and “Mr Schwartz”. What’s more, they even took advantage of this date to record the video for “I Ain’t Quite Where I Think I Am”
