According to the video, a group of women went to a business called Flex Fitness and Recreation Center, en Hendersonville, North Carolina, this July 12.
Pictures show how the owner of the business called a police officer to remove the women from the establishment.
In the video, one of the people tells the police that they were listening to music in Spanish, which is why the owner disconnected the horn and ran them out of the place.
However, he was accused of racism, since other people listened to music in English and were not prevented.
“It hurts so much to see inequality and racism (…) She had music in English and they don’t say anything, but since our music was in Spanish, she (the owner) with a bad attitude disconnected and took our horn and that is not equality.
“One of them (another client) complained about Hispanic music. I told (the owner) you are not one business woman, you are not smart, because we pay you. She should have come and told us that she had to turn off the music, but did not give us an explanation“, narrated the woman.
