December 10at
7:30 p.m.the
National Music Auditorium of Madrid will host the
Christmas Solidarity Concertwhich organizes SALESIAN MISSIONS. The program includes the interpretation of
ten compositions by Juan Antonio Simarro, composer, pianist, musical director and producer for film, theater, ballet and television. The profits from this Christmas concert will go to projects that the Salesian missionaries carry out in the 134 countries in which they are present.
The concert has the participation of the
Carlos Ruiz-Diez Symphony Orchestraformed by 60 professional Venezuelan musicians who will be directed by
Manuel Jurado. They will also intervene as guest directors

Juan Antonio Simarrocomposer of the pieces that will be heard in the Symphony Hall of the National Music Auditorium.
In addition, musicians with great experience will participate, such as the soprano Angelica de la Rivathe baritone Victor Garcia Sierrathe pianist Isabel Perez Dobarro and the violinist Ruben Dario Reina and choirs of the Choral Federation of Madrid.
The benefits of the concert will go to projects in defense and promotion of the rights of minors in the 134 countries in which we are present.

One billion minors and young people around the world suffer some form of deprivation of their rights. “We work so that all the boys and girls in the world have access to a quality education, that they can play, be protected against child labor or abuse, that they have a decent life and can develop,” explains Luis Manuel Moral, director of SALESIAN MISSIONS. .
This Christmas concert has the support of the Sigma group, the PCWACS society, the Layret private foundation, the McYadra company and the Spanish Federation of Unesco Club Centers (FECU). Without it, this event would not have been possible.
