The Navarrese forest that will host storytelling and concerts in August and September

The Orgi Forest will once again be the scene of the cultural proposal that the Ultzama Foundation 2013 has been organizing in this space for three years. Thus, throughout the months of August and September, storytelling and musical concerts with bands like Izaro or Jo & Swiss Knife.

Specifically, this year the third edition of the Festival of Storytelling from the Orgi Forest that, under the title ‘Once upon a time / Bazen behin ‘, will allow the whole family to enjoy storytelling sessions in Spanish, Basque and English.

On this occasion, the sessions will take place Saturday and Sunday mornings in August and September, at 12.00 hours. As usual, the entry will be free until full capacity. In case of rain, the sessions will take place in the building The School Farm Snail or in the local fronton, both in Lizaso.

The Festival has the participation of oral storytelling professionals such as Pablo del Mundillo, Xabier Artieda, Inés Bengoa, Leyre Arraiza, Jaione Urtasun, Adam Redgrove, Cristina Martínez and Xabier Flamarique, will be in charge of transferring their stories to other worlds and places in 12 morning sessions.

To the now traditional Storytelling Festival, for the second year in a row a proposal of concerts to be held Saturdays in September at 6:00 p.m. with entrance. The artists who will perform will be Izaro, Idoia Asurmendi, Jo & Swiss Knife and Gregario de Luxe.

In all cases, the COVID protocols derived from the current pandemic situation and It will also be necessary to pay the entrance fee for the forest car park to access all the shows.
