DALLAS, Texas.- Without permission and therefore without full-time police officers, a concert on Cleveland Road that ended in a shootout with a dead person and others 16 were injured.

Haim Vázquez, former Dallas County Prosecutor, explained that “what we are seeing today with the organizers is that they are not only going to be able to face certain fines from the city for presenting a type of concert in which they did not have permission or they had the necessary security to prevent something like that from happening.

There may also be certain criminal charges if the prosecution can prove some type of criminal negligence that led to these events.”

This Monday the police chief also said that the ages of the victims range from 13 to 29 years of age.

The lawyer added that the organizers and the owner of the land could also face civil lawsuits to pay for damages, loss of life and injuries.
