OMEGA X tour promoter MC Entertainment has responded to the cancellation of the group’s New York concert.

Shortly after Spire Entertainment announced the sudden cancellation of OMEGA X’s New York concert and detailed its issues with MC Entertainment, the tour promoter has released a new statement. In the post, they cite logistics issues for OMEGA X’s canceled plane tickets and announce that the New York concert will now take place on October 4 at the same venue, with the rest of the tour proceeding as planned. .

On October 3 local time, OMEGA X’s agency Spire Entertainment released statements in Korean and English explaining the cancellation of their concert in New York, which was scheduled for the same day. The group recently wrapped up the Latin American leg of their 2022 “CONNECT: Don’t Give Up” world tour before traveling to New York for the start of their US leg.

It is with a heavy heart that we have unfortunate news to share with all the fans who have been waiting for the OMEGA X concerts for a long time.

We regret to inform you that OMEGA X is unable to appear at their concert in New York for the 2022 world tour. [CONNECT: Don’t Give Up] on October 3, 2022.

On October 2, 2022 (Chile local time), the members and staff of OMEGA X were scheduled to leave Chile for the New York show.
However, MC Entertainment, responsible for OMEGA X’s US tour, canceled their plane tickets to New York without notice. With the slightest hope of receiving new tickets, all the members and staff waited at the airport for six hours. When they finally received the news about the recovery of new tickets for an 11:55 pm flight on the same day, it was 9:30 pm, and therefore all check-in counters for international flights had already been closed.

With the incomprehensible acts of MC Entertainment, OMEGA X’s upcoming schedules in North America are currently unknown.

MC Entertainment is avoiding all responsibilities regarding upcoming tour schedules and is not providing us with any comment or apology.

We have considered and discussed many ways to fulfill our promise to the fans and make this show possible, but we failed to deliver on our promise. We deeply apologize for that.
