Confirmations of great concerts in La Rioja continue. Apart from the MUWI festivals in Logroño and Fárdelej de Arnedo, during the summer there are already performances by Lola Indigo (August 28) and Aitana (September 3), both in the La Ribera bullring in the Riojan capital. They are now joined by Morat, who will also visit the bullring in Logroño on Thursday, September 16, within
his tour ‘Where are we going?’.

The concert will begin at 9:00 p.m. and tickets are already on sale with prices ranging from 38.5 euros both on the group’s website, Moratoficial.com, and on the elcorteingles.es portal. The tickets of 38.5 euros are those located in the high line of the bullring, those of the low line cost 42.9 euros, the track 48.5 euros and the VIP, 77 euros. By health regulations, the maximum capacity allowed, for the moment,
is 3,000 viewers and all of them will remain seated, with the obligation to wear a mask and with a safety distance throughout the event. The concert is organized by the Riojan company Promociones Musicales Iregua.

They have to
He already performed in Logroño at the San Mateo festivities in 2016, in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, when it was an emerging group that had presented its firm candidacy for song of the summer with ‘How dare you’. In fact, in that one-hour concert, with only the repertoire of his first album, ‘On love and its secondary effects’, Morat performed his song ‘How dare you’ twice.

In 2018 the Colombian band released their second album, ‘Lost bullets’, and in 2021 they released the third, ‘Where are we going?’. Several ‘singles’ have already been released from this new work, such as ‘Simply pass’, a song featuring the Chilean singer Cami; ‘Idiota’, with Danna Paola; ‘Under the table’, with Sebastián Yatra; and ‘My nightmare’, with Andrés Cepeda. The fourteen new songs are all pop-folk and no more than 4 minutes long. Formed by Juan Pablo Isaza (voice and guitar), Juan Pablo Villamil (guitar, bass and voice), Martín Vargas (percussion and backing vocals) and Simón Vargas (bass and backing vocals), Morat has already become -states the music promoter that organizes the concert in Logroño- in “the largest pop band in Spain and Latin America.”

«It is not easy to bring them»

Virginia Bezares, head of Promotions Musical Iregua, explains that “the capacity for Morat will be the same as for Aitana, and the same format.” And, although it will take place on dates close to the possible festivities of San Mateo,
Virginia Bezares unchecks the concert of the festive program. “Ticket sales for Aitana are going great, she’s the artist of the year, and if this one in Morat turns out well, we have more important concerts planned for October, so we are gradually announcing what we have”,

As for Morat, on the ‘Where are we going?’ they just do
two concerts in the north of Spain, Bilbao and Logroño, and then they leave Spain, with several confirmed dates in the US: Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas, Houston, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami … «It is not easy to bring them, and we try to attract to people from Pamplona and Vitoria “, says Bezares, who hopes that the first two great concerts organized by Promociones Musicales Iregua this year in La Rioja, that of Aitana and Morat, work,” we hope to fill. That is why the promoter insists that “a concert is very safe because, currently, you don’t move, you don’t take off your mask and you don’t consume, although we are aware that people are still reluctant, but we encourage everyone to come.”
