Limp Bizkit suspends his concert in Madrid and Fred Durst explains the reason: “I have to stop”

As reported blabbermouth.net, limp bizkit has canceled his European tour, including his concert at the WiZink Center in Madrid on August 24either in the wake of “personal health problems” that, apparently, suffers its vocalist, Fred Durst.

Last Sunday, Fred published a statement explaining the following: “For personal health reasons and based on the medical advice given by my personal doctor, I have to stop touring immediately. Limp Bizkit will sadly have to postpone their 2022 tour of the UK and Europe. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our loyal fans, promoters, and support staff. Stay tuned for new news. Sincerely, Fred & Limp Bizkit.”

However, this was not all, because Durst also published a video message explaining, in more detail, what is happening to him.

“Hello to whoever is watching us and to our fans in the UK and across Europe.”

“In preparation for the 2022 summer tour of the UK and Europe, I have decided to have some tests to make sure I am in good physical condition and that everything is okay. To my surprise, my doctor has decided to send me a letter saying that he wouldn’t like me to go on tour right now and stay close by for more tests. And with that said, it was very unexpected news, I’m very sorry and I hope I can make it up to you as soon as possible. I can only thank you for your support. And I’m really thankful for everyone who was going to take the time of their lives to come see Limp Bizkit perform this summer. I’m looking forward to making it up to you guys ASAP and definitely trying to think of ways to do that already.

“Sadly I have to tell you that we will not be able to go on tour at this time, but I only hope for the best and know that everything will be fine. Again, thank you very much for your support, as we love and appreciate our connection with you more nothing on this planet. And we can’t wait to see you and do what we do, and you know what it is.”

“Let’s keep in touch. We’re going to find out what the next steps are. And I’m already working on something to compensate everyone in the UK and across Europe.”

“Thank you guys, and girls, and everyone in between.”

Limp Bizkit’s latest album, ‘Still Sucks’, was released last October. The album arrived two months after the band canceled all their live shows for 2021, the pandemic being the reason that their concerts were not held on that occasion.
