They also announced that in this edition the honorees will be the Puerto Rican singer-songwriter and winner of six Latin Grammys, Kany García, as well as the global director of Latin music for Amazon Music, Rocío Guerrero; the executive director of the artist management firm Tosa Larrarrigue, as well as the musical director, co-producer of Juan Luis Guerra and winner of nine Latin Grammys Janina Rosado.
