They also announced that in this edition the honorees will be the Puerto Rican singer-songwriter and winner of six Latin Grammys, Kany García, as well as the global director of Latin music for Amazon Music, Rocío Guerrero; the executive director of the artist management firm Tosa Larrarrigue, as well as the musical director, co-producer of Juan Luis Guerra and winner of nine Latin Grammys Janina Rosado.

The Academy also noted in its document that “giving back and creating opportunities for future generations is one of the main pillars of the program, and for the second consecutive year, Leading Ladies of Entertainment has partnered with She Is The Musican international non-profit entity, to collaborate on a mentoring program to increase the number of women in music,” she said.
Rosa Lagarrigue is the founder and CEO of RLM, a Spanish artist management and booking office. The company is behind some of the biggest milestones in Latin music. Rosa also has her own independent record label, Sin Anestesia, from where she supports emerging talent.
