The Colombian was in the middle of the show on one of the elevated positions of her set when she lost her skirt while performing one of her songs. The artist continued with the song as if nothing had happened, waiting for the next song to fix the problem with her wardrobe.
And that is how a dancer from her corps de ballet appears shortly after when she has already come down some stairs to put on her skirt while she continues to shake her hips (and what are not her hips) to applause and cheers from the public.
As we said, it is one more anecdote within her endless list of live performances in recent years that have included several quite painful accidents when she fell down those stairs that almost always accompany her at her shows.
But not all are negative anecdotes. At her first concert in Chicago, the soloist left everyone speechless when she began the performance on a turquoise Ferrari that was suspended in the air above the heads of all the attendees.
At her concerts she is handing out $1,000 to the best dancers who surprise her with their steps on stage, but at Madison Square Garden in New York she multiplied that figure by 10 to a young man who swept one of her dances.
