Imagine Dragons announces the rescheduled dates of its Latin American tour

The American group Imagine Dragons announced the new dates of his Latin American tour that had to be postponed due to the health problems of his vocalist, Dan Reynolds.

This Thursday the band announced that it will be in São Paulo on February 28, 2023, with stops in Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago, Mexico, Buenos Aires, Bogotá and Mexico. The show in the capital will be next March 12 at the Coliseo Live.

In mid-October, the group shared a statement explaining what happened: “Some of you know that Dan has been struggling with a hemorrhage on his vocal cords and a nodule since the last leg of the tour, and his doctor advised him not to continuing right now could cause a rupture and irreparably damage his voice. Unexpectedly, he’s also now dealing with a pretty serious sprain of his lateral knee ligament that will require a splint and some rehab for some time.”

Imagine Dragons will be in the country on the Mercury World Tour, which accompanies his latest album ‘Mercury — Acts 1 & 2,’ a 32-track compendium produced by Rick Rubin that includes the hit singles “Enemy,” “Bones” and ” Sharks”.
