One of the most powerful, particular and emblematic voices of Mexico returns to Colombia with a series of concerts as part of his international tour for the love of youwith which Ana Gabriel, America’s Mooncelebrates his more than four decades of artistic career.
The singer’s arrival in Colombia comes after a hectic tour of the United States in which she performed in 20 cities in front of nearly 130,000 fans who sang with her classics such as who like you, Just friends either Oh Love.
Likewise, with for the love of youthe Mexican singer will perform in 16 cities in 10 countries, among which are, in addition to Colombia, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panama, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Honduras and Argentina.
During her time in Colombia, Ana Gabriel will have concerts in Bogotá next Friday, October 7, at the Coliseo Live; in Pereira, on October 14 at the Hernán Darío Villegas stadium; in Cúcuta, on October 16 at the General Santander stadiumwhile in Medellín he will sing on the 22nd of the same month at the Envigado stadium.
For now, the organizers of the concerts have confirmed that the Mexican singer will perform in Cali and Barranquilla, but neither the dates nor the places where they will be able to enjoy the voice of America’s Moon.
For the concert in Bogotá, the exclusive pre-sale for Grupo Aval clients will be on August 2 and 3 from 9:00 am, while the sale for the general public will start on August 4, also at 9:00 am
The ticket office for Ana Gabriel’s presentation at the Coliseo Live in Bogotá was divided into five locations, whose cost ranges between 176,000 pesos and 468,000 pesos.
Like every weekend, the Bogotá Philharmonic Orchestra has a full agenda with which it seeks to bring chamber music closer to the people of the capital on different stages throughout the city.
This weekend’s programming begins on Friday, July 29 at 7:30 pm at the Colsubsidio Theater with a concert in which the Philharmonic will begin by performing a selection of works by Griegto continue with another Peer Gynt Suites, Sibelius with Festive Andante Y culminating with Borodin Y the Polovtsian Dances. This concert will be under the baton of the chief conductor of the Bogotá Philharmonic, maestro Joachim Gustafsson.
This same repertoire will be performed again on Saturday, July 30 at 4:00 pm in the Fabio Lozano Auditorium.. Tickets for both concerts can be purchased at tubeleta.com.
For your part the Chamber Youth Orchestra will perform at 6:30 pm on Friday, July 29 at the Bogotá Botanical Garden within the framework of Jardín de noche, the weekly event of the garden in which workshops and activities aimed at all audiences take place. The concert will be free admission.
Chamber Youth Orchestra not stop and on saturday 30 also will be presented at the Iglesia Nuestra Señora de las Nieves at 3:00 pm with free admission. In this concert they will perform, directed by Leonardo Federico Hoyos, works by Georg Philipp Telemann Y George Frideric Handel.
To finish off the weekend and the month, a new edition of the MAMBO Filarmónico arrives on Sunday, July 31, with which the Museum of Modern Art in Bogotá opens its doors to resonate pieces by Britten, Scriabin, Haglund Y Piazolla performed by the masters Aníbal Dos Santos Y Sergei Shichkov. The concert will start at 11:00 am and will be free admission.
