Dallas Arboretum will have quinceañera parade and concerts as part of Hispanic celebration

The Dallas Arboretum will have its celebration of the Hispanic Heritage Month with a Quinceañera parade and music the first weekend in September. The event that will last two days will have musical participations of Havana NRG and the singer of Tejano music Gary Hobbs.

The celebration will take place from Saturday 4 to Sunday 5 September and the tickets to enter the botanical garden will have a price of $ 5. The celebration will begin at 10 am on Saturday followed by the parade of dresses along with the mariachis at 11:15.

The food and craft vendor market will be open until 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Below is the schedule for the Hispanic Heritage Month celebration:

10 a.m. – Celebration of the fashion and culture of Quinceañeras

11:15 a.m. – Quinceañera Parade with Mariachi Allende

10 a.m. a 3 p.m.- Local vendors market

11 a.m. -Cooking demonstration with the chef Mollie Guerra

12 a 1 p.m. – Presentation by guitarist Daniel Rodriguez

1:30 a 2:30 p.m. – Presentation of Flamenco Manzanilla

2 p.m. – Cooking demonstration with chef Diana Zamora

2:30 a 4:30 p.m. -Presentation of Havana NRG

9:30 a.m. – HIIT Exercise – Latin Party with Marcela Rojas

10 a.m. a 3 p.m. – Local vendors market

10 a.m. a 12 p.m. – Meet and Greet with geoscientist and conservationist Andrés Ruzo at the Children’s Adventure Garden Exploration Center

11 a.m. Love and cheese, kind of delicatessen (you need to buy ticket)

12 a 1 p.m. – Presentation of cultural dances from Peru

2 a 4 p.m.- Presenting Texas star Gary Hobbs on stage Martin Rutchik Concert
