Alejandro Sanz will arrive in Mexico in February with his “Sanz en vivo” tour

Mexico City, Nov 14 (EFE).- The Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz will arrive in Mexico next February as part of the start of his international tour “Sanz en vivo” for which he will offer a series of 12 concerts in different cities of the country.

After touring Spain with a concert tour that started on June 4 in Madrid, the Spaniard is scheduled to offer 12 shows in Mexico between February 9 and March 10 of next year.

Tickets will go on sale on November 23.

Through a statement, the promoter of the event explained that, lasting more than two hours, this concert has been “the most massive tour of the summer in Spain, exceeding 300,000 followers and breaking attendance records.”

Sanz’s tour began on June 4 in Madrid and so far he has visited 13 Spanish cities including Seville and Cádiz, where he achieved a record attendance at the Ramón de Carranza Stadium, the two days he had scheduled.

In Mexico, the Spanish will offer a total of 12 dates where he will tour Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Torreón, Puebla, Mérida and Querétaro.

The man from Madrid will review his greatest hits such as “Corazón Partío”, “Amiga mía” or “Mi persona favourite”, he will perform some of the songs included on his album “SANZ”, his latest studio work, nominated in the Album of the Year category at the Latin Grammys 2022.

Among his latest releases are “Nasa” with the Colombian singer Camilo, “La Despedida” included in the soundtrack of the movie “Bullet Train”, starring Brad Pitt and Bad Bunny, and “SOY”, together with the Italian Eros Ramazzotti. .

Sanz, 53 years old and who has sold more than 25 million records worldwide and has been recognized with 24 Latin Grammys, had not appeared in Mexico since 2019, when he toured his album “Sirope”.
