The terror of Silent Hill prepares its return to the cinema with the first details of the third film

Through a chat with the user of Reddit Stevie McGregor, who had the opportunity to speak with the professional at a film festival held in France, we know that the next production of the saga will be inspired by the terror of other acclaimed works such as midsummer either It Follows.

At the end of the day, Gans believes that these films contain elements that work very well in that nature of “dream/nightmare” so characteristic of Silent Hill, so we can expect a plot that respects the main essence of the franchise. Beyond this, the director has also confirmed that the team is looking at places in Serbian to carry out the shooting scenes.

Although a release date has yet to be confirmed, Gans believes the next Silent Hill movie will hit theaters sometime in the 2023.
