The movie has various sequels, produced between 1977 and 2005but none of them were as successful as the original. Also, from 2016 to 201820th Century Fox turned the film into a series that did not exceed 20 episodes and that it did not reach the expected impact.
Perhaps this reboot achieves what none of these projects have achieved, and can match the original film in terms of success and production.
