As media scrutiny mounts, Diana decides to take control of the narrative, break with family protocol, publish a book that excavates public support for Carlos, and expose the rifts between the Windsors.

Tension rises when Mohamed Al-Fayed (Salim Daw), who, driven by the desire to be accepted in the highest spheres, uses his wealth and power to earn a seat at the royal table for himself and his son Dodi (Khalid Abdullah).
