‘My baby fiu fiu’, a viral without limits: parody reached adult cinema in Peru

‘My little baby fiu fiu’ came to the cinema for adults

There is no character in Latin America who has not sung ‘My baby fiu fiu’ from the reggeatonero Bad Bunny, the Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz and the tiktoker Kunno approached this fever of the remix he made Tito Silva Music with the voice of Tefi C. Now, this musical parody has reached the adult cinema thanks to the well-known clown ‘Trujillo lollipop’.

The well-known character (his real name is Edgar Mendoza), who worked on television and digital channels, was discovered by the YouTube channel Mr Gobliciano on InkaSex, an adult film production that wanted to chart the song ‘My baby fiu fiu’ in this film.

The youtuber related what happened in each erotic scene and, finally, ‘Trujillo lollipop’ he finished a scene with his famous “gaaaa”. So far, the artist has not spoken out about this new incursion, this time in adult cinema.

Although the song, which was discussed in a Washington Post column and by United States Public Radio (NPR, for its acronym in English), had previously been successful in Peru, Bad Bunny sang it in a live broadcast, through his Instagram account, and others like lasso or the streamer Ibai LLanos.

Sometime, ‘My baby fiu fiu’ was the number 1 trend in Latin America on Spotify, but it stopped appearing on Tuesday, July 5, for not having the authorization or copyright, since the composition belongs to the singer Dido with the song “Thank You” and was produced by his older brother Rollo Armstrong, known for his work with the band Faithless. Although this song was well received, it was not until Eminem’s “Stan” that it became much better known.

Despite the success of “Mi bebito fiu fiu” on social networks, its creator, Tito Silva, removed the subject from one moment to another.

the same Titus Silva asked for calm and He commented that he had spoken with the producers who have the rights to the original song: “Let’s say this is not about copyright, they understand that it is a parody, but it is a parody with a Peruvian political context and I imagine that it may cause some discomfort. I understand and share it, for that reason it is no longer available on streaming platforms, and I also decided to remove it from my social networks.

The Peruvian added that there was not going to be any lawsuit against him, but that he took it as an apprenticeship and as a starting point to develop other things.

The song was published by Titus Silvaas a result of an alleged conversation that the former Peruvian president had Martin Vizcarra with the former candidate for Congress, Zully Pinchiwho sent him affectionate messages that were reciprocated by the former head of state.

“I love you, I need to give you a hug and you do not know how much I miss you, you are my baby, you are my king,” wrote the politician; he replied: “I love you, see you later”. In another part of the chat, the former Peruvian president sent her a selfie and the businesswoman also responded with a “fiuuu, fiuuuu”, a whistling sound that means a compliment.

Because the song went viral, Zully Pinchi took the opportunity and presented “Pionono de vitrinna”, a collection of poems that he had published years ago, at the International Book Fair (FIL 2022). It is not the only one that he has published or in which he has participated, since he has others such as “113 chronicles of a passion” or “A time out of time, the infinite dance”.
