Having recovered from his recent battle against broodthe X-Men decide to investigate a series of new enemies and threats, one of which is a clinic located in the city of Chicago created by the Doctor Stasisa clone of Mister Sinisterto finish the X-Gen of the mutants.

The X-Men arrive just as Doctor Stasis is working with the organization known as Orchis.
