“When Elon gets up at the end of a meeting and says, ‘This is the direction we’re going to go,’ you get up out of your chair and you better go that way,” he stressed. He also added that Musk is not one to socialize or joke around with employees. “He would talk to you if he needed to,” he stated.

What is it like working with Jeff Bezos?
Colin Bryar was Vice President of Amazon and worked for 12 years with Jeff Bezos. As he commented, what he learned from the American businessman was the value of acting quickly in the face of new trends, giving maximum effort to successful initiatives and understanding how difficult it is to lead a team of workers.
He reported that Bezos usually holds a four-hour meeting every week to talk to all the directors of the areas that make up their companies.
