The businessman, according to the portal Computer Today, confessed to feeling compelled to fill every minute of his day with work in order to feel productive, so he divided his available work hours into four buckets, spending 25% of his time in each bucket.

This encourages whoever applies the technique to establish priorities and form a mechanism to stick to said tasks.
