Both the tycoon’s spokeswoman and the accused company stated that they never heard such questions.

As shown in the publication, men and women who applied to work at Gates Adventures, one of the magnate’s firms, were consulted. They indicated that they did not receive any out-of-place inquiries, while they confessed to receiving inquiries as to whether they used drugs and elements of their private life, such as what type of pornography they preferred, if they had had sex outside of their marriage, and if they had nude photographs on their phones, among other points that were reported in the investigation.

In response to the accusation, a spokeswoman for the magnate’s office stated in the journalistic investigation that they had never heard of such questions towards the candidates.

“This line of questioning would be unacceptable and a violation of Gates Ventures’ agreement with the contractor,” he stressed, stressing that company policies require them to act within the framework of federal and state regulations.

“We have never received information from any supplier or interviewee in our more than 15-year history that inappropriate questions were asked during the selection process (…) we can confirm that after a thorough review of our records, no offer has ever been rescinded based on information of this nature,” he emphasized in a statement.

At the same time, from Concentric Advisors they stressed that they comply with the regulations and denied that questions of this caliber have been asked in job interviews.
