First, according to George, Zuckerberg is a leader who is unwilling to acknowledge or learn from his mistakes, but instead rationalizes them by blaming others for them. A clear example is blaming the competition for bad Meta decisions.

Second, the CEO of Meta has become a lone leader who prefers to ignore the advice of others. He does not accept any kind of help, so mistakes are not long in coming. Thus, Zuckerberg has become a kind of lone wolf.
