Now it is consumed through social networks and the best thing is that we no longer focus on the local or regional part, we are consuming in Peru, China or Argentina. You no longer only work in Peru, You can work in different places, that is the advantage related to marketing and now it is the greatest need of companies”, said.

As an example, he pointed out that the Community Manager (CM) yes had been positioned before the health emergency, but there are many more undertakings that will need this professional.

He pointed out that this is one of the most required positions and that any company or undertaking should have it.

In this way, Olivares announced the nine positions within digital marketing that are being most in demand in the labor market:

  1. Community Manager. He is in charge of managing, growing and developing the digital community around the company, to establish positive and lasting relationships with followers and potential clients. The average salary ranges from s / 1,000 to 3,000 per month.
  2. SEO Manager. It is one of the brightest profiles in the digital marketing industry. An SEO expert focuses on optimizing the marketing strategy, attracting organic traffic, and increasing visits to a web page. The salary could exceed S / 3,500 per month, depending on the specialization you do.
  3. Social Media Manager. He is mainly in charge of the digital strategy of the business, in particular the strategy in social networks and communication. Likewise, it handles investment in digital guidelines in depth and establishes management indicators to ensure return. This professional can reach a salary between s / 1,200 as / 5,000 per month.
  4. Creative director. Directs the process of design, communication and implementation of the products and / or services of a company.
