He points out that today we no longer live in a pandemic situation, but in a permanent scenario, where many citizens no longer go to physical stores to consume, but instead choose to place their orders virtually to consume them at home.

He pointed out that in an environment where there are no physical borders and consumption can be made from anywhere in the world, digital marketing professionals can work not only in a Peruvian company, but also in transnational firms.

“We are not going to return to the reality of before. Now it is consumed through social networks and the best thing is that we no longer focus on the local or regional part, we are consuming in Peru, China or Argentina. You no longer only work in Peru, You can work in different places, that is the advantage related to marketing and now it is the greatest need of companies”, said.

As an example, he pointed out that the Community Manager (CM) yes had been positioned before the health emergency, but there are many more undertakings that will need this professional.

He pointed out that this is one of the most required positions and that any company or undertaking should have it.

“Even the people themselves (will demand it), for example, a politician or an actor does not manage their networks, then the CM is one of the most important positions for digital marketing”, he pointed.

In this way, Olivares announced the nine positions within digital marketing that are being most in demand in the labor market:

  1. Community Manager. He is in charge of managing, growing and developing the digital community around the company, to establish positive and lasting relationships with followers and potential clients. The average salary ranges from s / 1,000 to 3,000 per month.
  2. SEO Manager. It is one of the brightest profiles in the digital marketing industry. An SEO expert focuses on optimizing the marketing strategy, attracting organic traffic, and increasing visits to a web page. The salary could exceed S / 3,500 per month, depending on the specialization you do.
  3. Social Media Manager. He is mainly in charge of the digital strategy of the business, in particular the strategy in social networks and communication. Likewise, it handles investment in digital guidelines in depth and establishes management indicators to ensure return. This professional can reach a salary between s / 1,200 as / 5,000 per month.
  4. Creative director. Directs the process of design, communication and implementation of the products and / or services of a company. Your vision is vital to understanding consumer demands and capturing brand attributes, as well as ensuring content and visual consistency. A creative director could be between S / 3,500 and S / 6,000 per month.

  9. UX Writer. Work on product design with UX designers and UX Research. Use different tools to get to know users, such as qualitative and quantitative tests, and then design the words for the digital interfaces.
