“Take time to nurture your relationships, celebrate your successes, and recover from your losses. Take a break when you need it. Take it easy with the people around you when they need it too,” said the businessman.

Additionally, he said that during the time he ran his company he was a fairly psycho-rigid person who “I was sending critical emails in the middle of the night.”assuring “When I was at Microsoft, I was hard on the people I worked with.”

During his speech, the tycoon recommended to students take time to re-evaluate your decisions that you have to make throughout your life and invited them to continue learning from work experiences and from colleagues, since not everything is learned in the classroom.
