The impressive property that has been owned since 1989 entered the real estate market with the high cost of $85 million dollars. This means a big raise, as she paid only $3 million for the place.
Ten years ago the 76-year-old star tried to sell the venue, at the time costing $45 million. She never got a buyer though experts say that this place is one of the most coveted in Malibu.
Its high cost is perfectly justified, since Cher built the current property from scratch according to her tastes and needsso the millionaire buyer will keep an important treasure of the pop star.
Although Cher’s mansion was built so many years ago, it is still in perfect condition thanks to the maintenance that has been done in recent years and a recent remodel by interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard.
This property was built on a 1.7 acre lot and it took 10 years to see it completed. Those in charge of carrying out this project were the builder Wallace Tutt III and the designer Ron Wilson.
