The American interpreter began his career in the ’70s, appearing throughout his career in the world of cinema, series, television movies and miniseries.
In his career he has been part of films such as Silverado, Step Brothers, The Alley of Lost Souls, Jack Reacher, The Witches of Eastwick, Dear John, Burn After Reading and Me, Myself & Irene.
He has also participated in series such as Olive Kitteridge, Berlin Station and Six Feet Under.
He has also been nominated for two Oscars: Best Actor for The Visitor and Best Supporting Actor for The Shape of Water.
