In Saint-Cloud, in Hauts-de-Seine (92), Jean Dujardin and Nathalie Péchalat have taken up residence. The actor, who previously lived in the Marais district, fell in love with a mansion that once belonged to another star of the big screen.
The former property of a movie giant
In the fall of 2015, Jean Dujardin and his partner Nathalie Péchalat left Paris for the very chic commune of Saint-Cloud. The parents of Jeanne (born in 2015) and Alice (born in 2021) have set their sights on a private mansion of 350 square meters, built on a plot of 1,400 square meters.
This Napoleonic period house belonged to another great movie star, Lino Ventura. The latter lived there from the 1960s until his death in October 1987. Jean Dujardin paid

to afford the former home of the actor of

Private domain and breathtaking view of Paris
The imposing residence includes an entrance hall, a reception room with a fireplace, as well as an office on the ground floor. It also has five bedrooms, a master suite with a terrace offering a beautiful view of the capital, and four bathrooms. The house has retained all of its charm with its mansard slate roof, its moldings and its Versailles parquet floor, even if major restoration work was to be expected.
Lino Ventura’s former private mansion is located in the heart of the Parc de Montretout. This private estate covering an area of 8.5 hectares, located on the heights of Saint-Cloud, takes its name from the beautiful perspective it offers over the capital.
It is home to around fifty properties, several of which are or have been inhabited by personalities. Among his illustrious neighbours, Jean Dujardin counts Mylène Farmer and the Le Pen family. The property enjoys private access to the Domaine de Saint-Cloud, a huge 460-hectare park with fountains and statues.
