Bradley Cooper and the cast of ‘The Hangover’ feared that Mike Tyson had connected with Zach Galifianakis’ chin during filming.
The former world heavyweight champion made a spectacular cameo in the raucous 2009 comedy film about a deer gone terribly wrong.

In the movie, Tyson has a Bengal tiger stolen from his extravagant Las Vegas mansion, with three members of the bachelor party desperately trying to retrace his steps and find the groom.
When Cooper’s character and his friends try to return said tiger, Tyson hits Galifianakis with a big shot while singing the Phil Collins classic, ‘In the Air Tonight’.
Speaking in 2018, Cooper admitted that he was genuinely concerned that Tyson had landed one of his famous right hands on his co-star, even leaving a dent in Galifianakis’ beard.
“When we all thought he really hit Zach,” Cooper told BBC Radio 1. “And actually Zach’s beard had this … because his beard was so we thought it was like a glitter pad.”

The cast was thankful that ‘Iron Mike’ missed his shot
“So it’s like when you touch it, it keeps the sangria. And his whole beard twitched to the side when he stood up.
“It was terrifying and the wind – I still had it. I think Ed says, ‘He still has it.
He still has it! It was frightening. He just walks up to us and then hits Zach.
Yes, we were terrified.
