Beyoncé, LeBron James, Curry… These superstars who wear the colors of PSG

It’s no longer a secret, the power of PSG has gone beyond the simple framework of football. Having become a machine in terms of marketing, the club from the capital has conquered many markets, particularly in the United States where several NBA and NFL stars have displayed themselves with the PSG jersey. Latest example, Victoria Azarenka entered the court with the Parisian tunic, thus imitating big stars.

Since 2011, the PSG entered a new dimension by passing under the Qatari flag. This has been felt on the sporting level of course, but also at the level of the aura taken by the club of the capital, which has become one of the most powerful sports brands in the world. Moreover, it has become common to see foreign stars in other sports displayed in Parisian colors. The latest to date is none other than Victoria Azarenkaformer world number 1, who entered with the jersey of PSG on the court before his match against Veronika Kudermetova in Adelaide. The NBA loves PSG

Indeed, in the United States, it has become a habit in NBA since the historic partnership signed between the PSG and Jordanthe brand of the basketball legend, Michael Jordan. Thus, in October 2018, LeBron James arrived in the room with a jersey from the Parisian club before the match against the Spurs.

Before him, Draymond Green, Ben Simmons, Jimmy Butler or Giannis Antetokounmpo imitated the star of Lakers. Jimmy Butler even went to Paris to visit the Camp des Loges and meet the players of the PSG. Stephen Curry kicked off the match againstASSE in 2017. Less surprisingly, French players from NBA are also displayed in the colors of the PSG in the image of Rudy Gobert and Nicholas Batumboth fans of the Parisian club.

Even outside of sport, the stars are displayed in the colors of PSG

The NFL is not left with Earl Thomas or even the mega-star Odell Beckham Jr.. who posed with equipment from the PSG. But even outside of sport, the capital’s club have conquered huge stars, like Beyonce in 2018. Already seen in Princes Park with her husband, the famous rapper Jay ZBeyoncé was entitled to a customized jersey, in collaboration with the Koch brand.

On his side, Rita ora was proudly displayed with a dress in the colors of the PSG. The English singer had also highlighted a collaboration with Koch. Travis Scott meanwhile displayed himself with a basketball jersey from the association between Jordan and the PSG during a concert at the Cabaret Vert festival in Charleville-Mézières in 2018. Another American rapper, J Cole meanwhile wore the yellow jersey of the first season of Neymar to PSG in one of his clips. Finally, more recently, on January 26, 2022 Kanye West visited Neymar and other stars of PSG. The rapper and the Brazilian player also posed together. In other words, there are countless appearances by stars in the colors of the capital club, which even recently opened a store in New York.
