Bad news for ‘Fast & Furious’ fans, Vin Diesel confirms the end of the saga

One of the longest-running sagas of recent decades such as ‘Fast & Furious’ will end in 2025. ‘Fast X: Part 2’ will be the film that ends the adventures that began in 2001. Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) and company will present the first part of the film on May 19, bringing together Jason Momoa and Charlize Theron as the villains tape mains.

As for the first part of the film, its latest trailer was a total success, getting 20 million views on YouTube. Many of his fans have high expectations after his latest projects haven’t quite hit the heels of the old movies.

Great addition to the franchise

The addition of Jason Momoa to the cast falls like a gloveafter Vin Diesel failed to convince Dwayne Johnson to return to the blockbuster saga, which generated $726 million worldwide for its ninth film last year.

The film’s verified Instagram account (@thefastsaga) welcomed the actor from Aquaman writing: “Fast’s family continues to grow.”

Without “The Rock”

Dwayne Johnson will be the great casualty of the franchise in this movie, despite Vin Diesel’s public plea on Instagram to try and convince him to play Hobbs once again. “Hobbs cannot be played by anyone else. I hope you rise to the occasion and fulfill your destiny, ”Diesel wrote in a publication that did not please much TheRock.

The response of ‘The Rock’ was firm:

“I stayed very surprised with Vin’s recent post,” Johnson told CNN in December. “Last June, when Vin and I connected, not through social media, I told him directly, and privately, that I would not be returning to the franchise.”

“I was firm, but kind with my words, and I told him that I would always support the cast and always support the success of the franchise, but that there was no chance of him coming back”, he added. “I also spoke privately with my partners at Universal, who were very supportive in understanding the issue.”
