The first tape of Terminator really had as its protagonist Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn), a surviving soldier who is sent back in time to protect Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), who in turn will become the mother of John Connor, a leader of the human resistance who is about to defeat Skynet’s machines.
