Angelina Jolie: her last snub to Brad Pitt who is suing her – Gala

It’s still not the armistice between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The terrible ex-lovers of Hollywood are now quarreling through lawyers about the Miraval estate. Brad criticizes Angelina for reselling her shares without informing him of the beneficiary. Assigned to justice, the actress brings to the attention of the general public other disturbing elements…

The war of nerves intensifies between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. It feels like a reboot of Mr & Mrs Smitha film in which they played a couple seeking to make their skin more than 15 years ago. Sued for Brad who accuses him of having sold his shares in the Miraval estate to a Russian oligarch without notifying him, Angelina just dodged beautifully. The summons could not be delivered to him personally., as is customary in the United States, when you are the subject of a complaint. The actress escaped notification, flying with her children to Cambodia, where she was expected for a bee awareness campaign with UNESCO and Guerlain perfumes.

In a scathing statement sent to EntertainmentTonight, her lawyer Robert Olson confirmed that she had no “not yet received his invitation” and is surprised that they have “discovered the complaint in a media (the TMZ site, editor’s note) having had access to all the documents allowing the publication of an article, even before Ms. Jolie was informed of her subpoena.” Understand, between the lines, that Brad Pitt would have taken his ex-wife by surprise and to his disadvantage. Robert Olson continues, not without a certain causticity: “I don’t think Mr. Pitt was unaware of Ms. Jolie’s boarding a long commercial flight with their children, and therefore her unavailability and inability to respond to him.” Talk about a return to sender…

Brad Pitt hasn’t told the whole truth about his affair with Angelina Jolie…

Separated since the fall of 2016, but officially divorced since the spring of 2019, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie continue to clash in court and through the media. The fate of their six children is still unsettled, Angelina refusing joint and alternate custody. And the future of the Miraval estateproperty of the two actors and place of their marriage in August 2014, becomes another cause for dispute. The stakes are high. Miraval is not just a Provençal castle, nor even a legendary recording studio which Brad is trying to revive. The property also lines up hectares of vines, which have enabled the Jolie-Pitts to market an exceptional rosé, the aptly named Miraval.

Brad Pitt argues that he was “mutually agreed” that each party would inform the other of the purchaser of his shares of the domain, in the event of resale. A rather vague term, which suggests, as Angelina Jolie fans point out, thatno official document really committed them to it. The actress has also indicated her intention to sell her shares last July. She assured then that she would no longer find her account there, Brad managing alone the exploitation of the domain and multiplying investments too risky for her taste.

According to the website Lainey Gossip, a judge authorized Angelina to resell her shares, or rather Nouvel, the structure managing her shares. Specialist in the alcohol trade, Russian billionaire Yuri Schefler acquired it, through his company Tenute Del Mondo. What Brad has been hiding so far is that Tenute Del Monto came into conflict with him last January. Yuri Schefler criticizes the actor for not associating him enough with the operation of Miraval… In short, someone seems to be pushing things a bit far…
