the renowned actor Harvey Keitel has bought a new mansion in Santa Monica, Calif. Apparently he fell in love with this property and he agreed to pay $1.2 million dollars more than the market price.

The property had entered the real estate market with a cost of $6 million dollars and finally managed to sell for $7.2 million dollars. According to ‘Dirt.com’ this property had many millionaires interested.

It is known that the former owner is an unknown social worker, but that with this sale he has managed to make a large profit. This man paid just $1.4 million for the place 20 years ago.

The house is colonial in style and was built in 1930. Its total area is 4,500 square feet distributed in five bedrooms, five bathrooms, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

Among the outstanding features of this property are vaulted ceilings and an original fireplace. Although the structure was built several years ago, it is still in good condition due to some recent renovations.

The kitchen has white cabinets, marble counter tops and high end appliances.

The exterior of the property is also quite attractive due to its green areas, covered terrace, swimming pool and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
